It doesn't surprise me that she heard it from a boy either. Little boys love saying dirty things even if they don't understand it... I don't know what it is that makes them like it, but they do.
The rhyme made me laugh... I'd give that kid a high five. I'd then sit down and explain why they shouldn't say that thing when an adult is about.
