What is heaven?

We are not this body, we are eternal spirit souls. If we uncover our natural, eternal spiritual identity, we can live a life of eternity and unending bliss and knowledge in the spiritual realm.

I'll bet you have nothing to back that up.

In this life your body is constantly changing. You have a different body now than you did as an infant. Every cell is replaced in the body about every seven years.

But you are the same person. You are the same conscious entity as you were 7 years ago, although your body has completely changed. If your mom has any pictures of you as a baby or a little kid, you can prove this point to yourself.

"As the embodied soul continuously passes, in this body, from boyhood to youth to old age, the soul similarly passes into another body at death. A sober person is not bewildered by such a change." - Bhagavad Gita 2.13

I don't take my advice from an idiot.

You take your advice from human scientists, who can be compared to a frog in a well. Dr. Frog lives in a well of three feet and has no idea how vast the Pacific Ocean is, but who speculates that it may be five feet wide, ten feet wide, etc. comparing it to his well. The point is that comprehending the unlimited knowledge beyond by our limited means is simply a waste of time and energy. All required knowledge is already there in the authorized scriptures, the Vedas. One simply has to take knowledge from the supreme authority, Krishna.
