And it has been built and rebuilt over the centuries in spite of what your fucking silly bible says in verse 14.Actually it hasn't "Old tyre" hasn't been rebuilt. The ruins of the city remains. The sea port has been rebuilt and has been since Named tyre.
God did not curse the very name of the city. He cursed the Inhabitants and all they built. Which they are dead, and their glorious city either lays at the bottom of the ocean or in ruins next to the New city of Tyre.
Quote:14 I will make you a bare rock, and you will become a place to spread fishnets. You will never be rebuilt, for I the Lord have spoken, declares the Sovereign Lord.
Exactly! 2/3's of the city is at the bottom of the ocean, (A good place to spead a fish net) and only the ruins remain. Only a old stubborn ass would deny this truth! The only thing reused was the name Tyre! Even the foundations of the old city were abandoned.

Isaiah 17:1
Quote:“See, Damascus will no longer be a city
but will become a heap of ruins.
Oops.....Quote:Damascus, the oldest continuously inhabited city in the world.
Damascus is the capital of Syria and one of the most ancient cities in the world.
Not a heap of ruins....poor god, so poorly served by this fuckwitted "prophets."
You'd think 'god' would hire better employees than a second-rate personnel manager at a McDonalds, wouldn't you?
Keep reading Minnie:
4 “In that day it shall come to pass
That the glory of Jacob will wane,
And the fatness of his flesh grow lean.
5 It shall be as when the harvester gathers the grain,
And reaps the heads with his arm;
It shall be as he who gathers heads of grain
In the Valley of Rephaim.
6 Yet gleaning grapes will be left in it,
Like the shaking of an olive tree,
Two or three olives at the top of the uppermost bough,
Four or five in its most fruitful branches,”
Says the Lord God of Israel.
What day is that day?
"That Day" refers to the Judgement of God. The last day(s) In otherwords Judgement day. The Day His Kingdom comes.
(We are not there yet)
What else you got Minnie?
