"Jehovah" is a much later Latin adaptation. The letter "J" did not exist in Latin until the early 16th century when it emerged as a separate letter.
Gaius Julius Caesar's name was actually Gaius Iulius Caesar.
Same thing with 'jesus.' It was a Greek adaptation of the Hebrew/Aramaic Y'shua which came out as Iesou in Greek and was later changed to Iesu in Latin and finally jesus when they got around to inventing the "j".
Poor fundies. They really think there was a mailbox in fucking "Nazareth" that had "J. Christ" printed on the side of it.
Assholes.
