This sounds like you are blaming Obama's administration for not knowing about a pre-planned attack on our consulate. I don't think I was the only one who got that from reading this. You also imply that everyone in the administration must be on the same page before making any public statements. Which I agree is ideal, however, in the real world, some people don't compulsively check their inbox or thoroughly read their email.
OK I don't see any blame in the statement for not anticipating the attack. The point was that they knew right away that it was a pre-planned attack, not a spontaneous demonstration that got violent. So it raises the question of where did the idea come from that it was an angry response to the YouTube video?
