How Christians and there god sound to me.

This is my personal opinion gathered from the words and agreements of Christians on this forum and how there tell us what their god it's like.
This is my view of what Christians believe about their god, them and their book:
1. An all powerful being that can literally go anything.

I suppose you mean do, He can do all things within His righteousness, truth, love and ect.

2. If he does something, it is automatically good and righteous (genocide, murder, rape etc..)

Everything God does is within His righteous will, therefore doing nothing wrong, since you can not see what is to come you want to limit God.

Just because somebody does something they believe is righteous it does not mean it is right. God is neither good or evil or he is not god. Nor is he always right, he is just god.

3. He only allows those who follow him without question to experience bliss and there rest get eternal punishment.

Wrong, those who accept Christ as their savior through repentance of sin and follow His teachings the best they can receive eternal life, those who do not receive eternal punishment.[/quote]

Can you actually prove this or is it just best guess? And personally after reading the bible I doubt angels in hell would be any different than angels in heaven other than their liberation.

How can you logical think God the creator of all things could be punished, and because He fears no punishment means He is above all in righteousness and power. We are not mere property, God created us to love and gave His Son into the hands of evil men to redeem us, seems like we mean more to God than a piece of property.[/quote]

Don't forget he also created us to rape, murder and pillage as many of his followers have and still do to this day. He made you greedy, lustful, envious, lazy don't forget that either because you must accept god had allot of options when making you but he decided to watch us all live in conflict with our own emotions and thoughts.

I doubt an apple was the real reason, it was all planned. God knows everything, so he planted that tree knowing they would be tricked and eat the fruit so he can punish them for something that was out of their own control. Otherwise why even add curiosity into our minds or temptation? If we really are created in gods image he is no better than a normal man.

Actually it looks like he got his ass kicked by mortal men and took some time just to regain his composure. Being an immortal being that's not very impressive because he got kicked off the planet.

Godschild is never a good source for christian theology as he is on this website so often he must not participate much in his religion.

Nothing personal, just jumping in late to the conversation. Honestly if god was good his angels would never have rebelled, neither would there have been a divine war since he was all knowing.
