Are we going to start tearing up families now because parents are teaching children their religion?

No of course not.
But maybe we should be a bit more critical about freedom of religion?

However, freedom of religion is a 1st Amendment right here in the States. I don't want someone being critical of my freedom of speech or my freedom to peaceably assemble, so we have to be tolerant of others' freedom to teach whatever dogma they follow to their children.
I think the answer is to have a better educational system and perhaps rolling back the homeschooling. At least it gives kids exposure to actual facts, not religious BS.
