It's a fact, not an assumption. The drug affects your metabolism as well as your appetite. It's up to drug companies to prove their drugs are safe, and this my friend has not been proven. Thus it isn't an assumption.

I will tell you one of the other side effect he suffers - extreme insomnia. He sleeps 1-2 hours a night. Again this is a well known side-effect of the drug. Don't presume to tell me I haven't seen what it's done to him.
