If there is anything I've learned from watching numerous court cases like this, it's:
1. Never say you are guilty if you are innocent, even if your lawyer says you'll get a deal.
2. Order your lawyer (you do pay them after all) to explain to the jury the concept of "beyond reasonable doubt" in layman's terms.
3. If you are convicted, keep fighting and appealing.
4. If the conviction is overturned; sue the fuck out of the accusers and the state for wrongful imprisonment.
