Love is a choice. Or do you love everyone the same? Do you Love God? In that arguement if we had the ablity to choose who we loved then why wouldn't God choose who He wanted to show Love?

Love is a choice. Love can be selective. God shows boundless love to those who seek it. For those who do not, will know God's wrath.
So it's either love or hate, no apathy?
Their aren't any biblical examples of apathy from God that i know of.
it's an all or nothing deal.
