DDR! I need to fire up my PS2 and rock some programmed dance moves! I'm quite fat and have just gotten back into the gym and DDR could probably help because I fucking loathe cardio in a gym even though I am going to force myself to do it. I have found no better way to increase the function of my cardio vascular system than targeted cardio in the gym and that is my goal. I used to be able to recover in a few seconds from very strenuous exercise back when I was dancing professionally and hitting the gym regularly.
