I don't think anger suggests psychopathy. It suggests irrationality, but not psychopathy.

Where there is anger. There must be a source for that anger. A reason for such a emotional response, a reason for such actions. Such as traumer through abuse or depression through a instabile inviorment.
You suggest atheism to be a reason for such actions?
One might aswell equate every single ideology and set of thought known to mankind to have the effect of creating a mental disorder.

I don't think atheism causes pathology. I think it sustains pre-existing pathology in a special way, more than most religions.
But anger is not necessarily pathological. In this case it's mostly just emotional expression.
It's like hating Justin Bieber. It's just an emotional reaction. It has no reason or functional basis.
