Difference is, that happened some years ago.
And, it was kind of "rebuilt":

In this case here, "depleted uranium" is still used. And those who authorised it`s use have still not been held for accountability. Aswell as, most importently, victims havent jet been payed compensation.

So theres 3 things which one shouldnt simply ignore.
