Yes, each of us is a tiny speck on a rock which itself is a tiny speck... On the other hand, no matter how well you wash, you will always carry on your skin more bacteria than there are humans on Earth! You are composed of an astronomical amount of cells, which are composed of an astronomical amount of elements like carbon and oxygen. So you are insignificant on one scale and very significant on another... Why do you chose to look only at one of the sides?
