Athiesm is a Faith?

I would find the idea that life is a pointless accident and in the great scheme of things irrelevant no mater what we do as individuals or as a society unpallitable too. So on balance I would wish for life after death regardless of what that experience brings.

Do you not enjoy life? What more do you want out of life than what you already have? (better politicians and state economy are impossible!)

Did your parents not nurture you? Did they not want you?
Did you come to be by accident?

Yes, each of us is a tiny speck on a rock which itself is a tiny speck... On the other hand, no matter how well you wash, you will always carry on your skin more bacteria than there are humans on Earth! You are composed of an astronomical amount of cells, which are composed of an astronomical amount of elements like carbon and oxygen. So you are insignificant on one scale and very significant on another... Why do you chose to look only at one of the sides?

ah, "the great scheme of things"... who says there's a scheme? Things are just the way they are...
