In all honesty, it is basically torture. He says people cannot be subjected to it, and then says it is merely annoying. At what point does this start literally driving her insane?
I wonder why I'm even here. I can't reason with him, and pointing out his logical errors is unnecessary because they are so obvious. I guess I don't know when to give up...
