Yoo could, very accurately and very eloquently, call something you thought to be immoral a "moral act". Then you could go on to explain why this moral act -is- a moral act, and why is should be negatively valued......
(the reason that such a term is useful btw, is that it provides neutral ground in a debate over morality. If things are either moral or immoral calling them such assumes the conclusion. Not all acts would appear to have any moral value - and any given person may not wish to argue for every single potential act before continuing a debate about morality-. Get it now?)
