Corporatism is the reason health insurance companies charge as much as they do, and cannot operate across state lines (often), or are tied in with specific hospitals. In capitalism, those restrictions would not apply.
That's the problem with True Capitalism -- no one has ever seen it exist.
Possibly due to people with money attempting to, in their own personal interests, change the economic system from the "Free market" to more of a "market that favors them".
I don't know, but like True Communism, True Capitalism has yet to be sighted in this world.
