If it's bipolar with psychosis, that would be type 1. Type 2 does not feature psychosis or delusions.

This. Fucking this. I put up with intolerable side effects for a year before I insisted that my prescriber take me the fuck off Seroquel (which is, IMHO, grossly overprescribed to people who don't even need an anti-psychotic). Don't make the same mistake I did.
