I'm anti superstitious, for example, and I find my faith strengthens that.
As an atheist I didn't rule out the supernatural. But again, I am more strongly convicted that the supernatural possibilities of personal experiences were mere coincidence given my belief in God.
As a christian its obvious you would have to believe in the supernatural, if you believe in the bible that is, god turns sticks into snakes, makes virgins pregnant and so on, those things are outside the laws of nature as we know it.
Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.
Impersonation is treason.
