Let me respond with another question: How do you know YOUR God IS real?
And yes, an open-minded person would be open to the idea of God. And we all have been. And then we weren't. Because we realized the truly open-minded person would be open to the idea of NO God.
I know because i have given up my life of psychedelic music and fun and sex and followed the hard road of self denial and holiness, ready to give up anything just to know, just to know what life was about. There is really very little in life that you can know just by thinking about it. Deeper knowledge comes through a combination of experience and reflection. Atheists are all up in the mind. They don't realize that God is something to be experienced and known as a person.
A million times you repeat your propaganda which you post over and over again like clockwork, trying to argue your way against the worlds wisdom traditions, imagining at age 23 you have solved every problem that needs to be solved.
I know now that I know so little, but what I have, I hold on to dearly. It is not like a piece of propaganda like a you tube video or someting that I watch on TV, it is my relationship with God, not delicate, very certain, so certain I would easily die for it.
And I know, because in response, God revealed to me what I posted above, and much much more.
How do you know that you aren't an atheist because you like getting high and having sex and listening to pink floyd? You havn't sought the issue out deeply, because if you did, you'd have the same experience I have.
