It's illegal so that people don't distribute it, and your logic is some new kind of circular that hurts my head.
I think it is illegal because it is wrong in the first place...My logic is like this: Murder is wrong... i am against it. Is watching a murder wrong?
Child pornography is wrong... i am against it. Is watching child pornography wrong?
I'm drawing a parallel there... because i think it is the action of doing something that is 'right' or 'wrong'... not witnessing the final product.
