My hair has my genes, the baby has it's own. Why is that so hard to concede?

Its not. You are genetically human and thus your hair and your baby are genetically human as well.

Nice try, but a hair can't grow a baby like a baby can grow a hair.
And what do ya know? A baby's hair has it's own genetics and not the genetics of either parent.

Why use the qualifier "genetically"??? Is a fetus an individual human or not?
