Is "zygote/fetus = human (individual)" ambiguous in some way that I'm not aware of? What am I missing here?
A foetus is human but not an individual. It is entirely dependent on another person's body for it's life support. Moreover such putative rights as a foetus has do not outweigh the rights of the actual individual carrying it.
