No, I think you're the one who said "Tue Human TM", which I don't particularly understand. It's a form of mockery, I got that.
What I said, though, was that it was not an individual human being because of the fetus' dependency on the mother. It is not individual. It is living and feeding off of another person. That is literally the opposite of the word "individual".
So, no, the fetus is not an individual human.
