Alot of money was made, and somewhere along the line there was bound to be someone for whom the entire purpose of such an endeavor (or any similar endeavor) was profit. The answer would depend greatly upon what one imagined the point of Iraq was in the first place. Theres a popular line about one-upping ones daddy.....for example, if this were the case, I'd say "Mission Accomplished".
