If God is all mighty,why doesn't he change bad people/seiners into good ones?

That works beautifully in theory. Except, you can only be sure of yourself. You can never be sure that your partner has been celibate, or hasn't contracted the disease in a non-sexual manner, and the Church tells these people that God demands they take that possibly fatal risk because protecting yourself is a sin.

It works pretty well in practice, too. If you don't trust the person not to cheat or become a junkie, you probably shouldn't merry them in the first place.

You can say that Church teachings would, if adhered to strictly, reduce AIDS and that would be correct,

but in their never-ending quest to thwart human sexuality, they actively seek to restrict access to an equally-effective and much easier source of protection, because to the Church, Catholic dogma is more important than human life, and it is entirely correct to place a large portion of the blame at the ruby-slippered feet of the Pope.

Have they prevented the sale of condoms in any nations?
