Another common denominator amongst MOH recipients was that their enemies were very good shots, many of them suffering an absurd number of wounds while dragging others to safety or assaulting a position with complete disregard for their own lives to the benefit of their compatriots...or defending a position against impossible odds.
It just means that the guy you wanted to kill.was a better aim than you.
