That's a real relief because it looks like a lot more Atheists on here are really really ignorant and not only that, but they're quite proud of it too. Ignorance isn't really something which is difficult to deal with, education deals with that. But when you're ignorant and also arrogant, well...
If somebody asks me a question about Islam, where am I going to get the answers from? Just make it up? Of course not, we get it from the Qur'an plain and simple. Not too difficult to understand. Just like if a person asks about Tom Riddle, you have to refer to Harry Potter books, or if somebody asks about "The God delusion" you have to refer to the book.
You just missed my point by a mile..
The gist of what I wrote is this: The applications of the quaran in the real world is about as many as those of Harry Potter, 0.
Sure, it's nice to discuss literature during book clubs and analyze certain passages, but it doesn't make the story any more real, ne comprenez-vous?
Simple concept: a person asks a question about Islam, gets a response using Islamic text. Just like a person asks a question about evolutionary biology, gets a response from a biology text. Comprende? How stupid are the people of this forum really?

How do you rectify Allah and the existence of homosexuality? I don't know if your religion claims that Allah is mans' creator or not, but, it sounds like it's okay to be homosexual as long as you don't act out on it in any way including looking or thinking impure thoughts about another or laying under the same duvet. How can this be considered healthy or 'good' for a homosexual Muslim in any way? And why do you feel your God do this to his own people (create them knowing a percentage would be impure)?
The texts are very clear, God allows people to act whichever they wish, he tests them how He wants.
