If you had studied theology, you would already know the answers to those questions. How are you going to learn if you do not do at least some of your own homework? I am sure you will find plenty of books in the reference section where there are plenty of religious texts.
Just to name a couple of authors: Joseph Campbell and Elinor W. Gadon.
