It is quite easy to do an internet search and find that every quote site has Seneca listed as the author. Until you can provide a source stating that Seneca did not author that quote, you are being silly. All I can find of any relevance is that no one is certain from which of his works it could have possibly derived, that perhaps it was something of his that was undocumented.
