If I'm understanding you correctly here, I'd have to disagree very strongly. There is one huge, in your face, -always on- reason to prefer one over the other. I mentioned it in my last post

We don't know if the material world exists though. We don't know that it can exist on it's own. Therefore it's an unknown as well. All you know is you are experiencing via five senses. Therefore as far as cosmological arguments go, there is no reason to prefer one over the other. If there is other reasons outside that, then you can prefer it over the other.

Which would require a subtle shift in how we use the terms - but ultimately "the matrix" would just be "the universe".

But in this case, material world doesn't exist, only spiritual world exists.

soul"..but lay that aside. What about the existence of a soul would make it any more likely that we'd be given knowledge or perception of it? We don't even have to ask "if we have dna" but we weren't given any knowledge or perception of that.....you've left something unspoken.

The soul would be experienced constantly. For example, if we can summon power from the soul (will power) or make uncaused decisions that are totally free (libertarian free-will) or that what is praised is the soul, or that our identity is the soul, or that our thoughts are immaterial, then this can be possibly all witnessed directly.
