My parents didn't abuse me?
Family curse? No. Shit happens? Yes.

If anything my dads' mental illness was psychologically traumatizing, but none of that had to do with this "curse" that was spoken of.
The counselors said: Dad's side having suicide demonic curse, Mom's side having sexual abuse curse.

You don't need to discuss it, you've already told us many times. Your parents made you think that you had to punish yourself from the age of 4, and you carried that on until you broke from it as an adult. That's abuse enough.

You mention yourself.. but what you've said about yourself is sick. I can't condone that at all. You might have to explain that more.
