Why or why not.

I've come to know a few people who don't mind sleeping with the light on while others must have it on to sleep.

I personally can't stand any light when its that time to hit the hay. I must have complete darkness or something close to it. I'm the kinda guy that will go as far as covering up my windows just in case the sun comes up before I'm up.
