I personally can't stand any light when its that time to hit the hay. I must have complete darkness or something close to it. I'm the kinda guy that will go as far as covering up my windows just in case the sun comes up before I'm up.

I like to sleep with the tv on.

It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.
