Under Islam she will get married
in UK she will have sex with another child
in US she has the choice of marriage or have sex with another child
The point is that there is a high high high HIGH likely hood that in america or the uk she will never have sex at age nine, in an islamic country there is a pretty high chance she will be beaten and married at age 9 and pulled out of education.
