But you don't see this as sex with pre adolescent girls because according to you a high percentage of these girls will have gone through puberty if they are over 9.
This article is showing how bad it is that pre pubescent girls are having sex at ages 15 and under, it isn't implying they should get married.
So according to you this wouldn't be allowed in Islam because they are pre pubescent, but also according to you and this article these girls are doing it anyway, and according to you we should change laws if people are doing it anyway, so Islamic law should change to allow sex with pre pubescent girls then I assume is what you're saying?
Also noticing that no statistics relating to 9 year old girls having sex was mentioned in the article that I could see.
