"Don't eat pork" is from the law that "allows" any animal with a cloven hoof and chews cud. It was in the 1940's that scientists discovered the actual dangers of undercooked pork.

Let me get this straight. We can ignore divine prohibitions if we later learn, scientifically, how to evade negative consequences? This of course is ignoring the fact that humans, without God's help, were eating pig for millenia prior to 1940. Thanks God, big fucking help. I would be more impressed if the Bible said God rained down a shit ton of thermometers and proclaimed "cook pig until it has an internal temperature of at least 145F".

Undercooked chicken can be a son of a bitch too. Still looking for chapter and verse where eating a chicken is prohibited.

Guess god isnt powerful as people thought. Specially if the dumb humans can find a way around it/she/he rules.
