Saerules mentioned the violation of physical laws; IMO that's number one. Then it's been clearly shown that prayers aren't answered, contrary to many clear biblical promises. My favourite is to go for the fundamental basic differences between the various christian sects; it's easy to show that very few christians have much idea of what they actually believe in.
