A court of law proves nothing in the sense you seem to imply. It makes decision based on evidence to conclude guilt beyond reasonable doubt.There is not necessarily any connection to truth or justice..
I'd attack the problem from the opposite end:Atheists have no obligation to prove [or disprove] anything. I suspect the existence of god could not be formally proved at law.Of course that would depend entirely upon what the court was willing to admit as evidence.
