I agree, but it something I wished most governments would strive for.
It is a fantasy.
But a least it is a fantasy that could possibly be made to come to pass, unlike the fantasy of religion. If we want x,y, or z from our governments, then we have to engage in political action to push them in the right direction. Dr. King accomplished a lot, because SNCC and a lot of other people as well brought about a situation where something had to happen.
