Academia, as it's the absolute definition (even though as an "absolute" it doesn't account for times when universities or formal education didn't exist. I guess paleolithic and neolithic peoples were all dumb lol.. Or these people cannot discern CULTURAL DEFINITIONS of intelligence...)
I believe intelligence is reasoning, wisdom and action. Generally, it's how somebody perceives the world around them, can problem-solve, can articulate and process their surroundings and experiences.
