If there's no free will then by default you are claiming predestination. In which case god knows who will and wont enter heaven, god knew that the 'fall' would occur and set it up like that, god did intend for humans to go to hell since he knew when he created it that they would, and god created beings specifically to go to hell since he knew what most of them would choose. which flies in the face of him creating mankind to have the choice to live eternity as his companions. If he knows who will and wont choose him then this entire system is fucked and there was no reason for it. Or at the very least he's using countless souls to refine and identify those few who choose him then throw the rest of us out into eternal whatever you want to call it. I call it hell like the Bible. Personally I would rather never be created or create something knowing that eternal hell is the result.
If I were to create self aware beings knowing fully what they would do in their lifetimes, I sure wouldn't create a HELL for the majority of them to live in infinitely! That's not Love, that's sadistic. Therefore a truly loving god does not exist!
Dead wrong. The actions of a finite being measured against an infinite one are infinitesimal and therefore merit infinitesimal punishment.
I say again: No exceptions. Punishment should be equal to the crime, not in excess of it. As soon as the punishment is greater than the crime, the punisher is in the wrong.
Quote:The sin is against an infinite being (God) unforgiven infinitely, therefore the punishment is infinite.
