There's vigilante justice in large parts of Africa anyway, where graves are dug, people are shot and killed simply because they have been accused of a crime. There's no concept of due process and the authorities just don't care as long as the money keeps coming from Europe. To describe sub saharan Africa as a failed collection of states is an understatement. The more sensible ones do exactly what any sane person would; move north to the Muslim countries, they can try and rape people there and see what happens. Animals.
