Well, Middle Eastern Christians agree with the Muslims that the word for God is 'Allah'. If you're going to reject Allah as being the same God despite being Abrahamic due to differences in interpretation, you may as well throw out the Jewish God too, because he doesn't have much in common with the NT one.
