And I have exposed the falsehood of that particular claim in my previous reply, which remains unrefuted.

So, does the Judaic God consist of a Trinity as well?
If your answer to that is yes, then I would like to see you support that answer by quoting at least a single verse from the OT.

What about those who are not ignorant? Do they believe that both are Trinitarian deities ... or what?

Paul did change some things, and that is known from the fact that Jesus taught his followers to keep the law, yes, whereas Paul did not.
According to Matthew, Jesus said:
"Do not think that I [Jesus] have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. I tell you the truth, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke or a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished." [Matthew 5:17-18]
But Paul said:
"Those who depend on obeying the Law live under a curse." [Galatians 3:10]
"Because law brings wrath. And where there is no law there is no transgression." [Romans 4:15]
"For we maintain that a man is justified by faith apart from observing the Law." [Romans 3:28]
"The Law was in charge of us until Jesus came. Now Law is no more." [Galatians 3:24]
That is one of the most glaring examples of how the teachings of Paul stand in stark contradiction with those of Jesus.

I don't have to address them especially since most of those points are simply assertions of what you think or believe (oftentimes vaguely worded) with no elaboration to support them.
It is as if those comments automatically register themselves as errors with or without being refuted.
