Braising some lamb shanks in Merlot and stock with mirepoix, garlic, shallots, tomatoes, rosemary and thyme. 2 hours to go!
30 minutes to go, then I have to reduce the sauce. The entire house smells like wonderful cooked lamb, Merlot, rosemary and thyme.
Good enough for Jehovah!
Easy, now. Put the rocks down.
