Enforcing law on the basis of what people *think* is absolutely ridiculous. Someone considers stealing a vase? Better jail them. Someone thinks about burying you in Oops-All-Berries and dancing around the grave whilst playing a violin? Better jail them. Someone imagines raping your daughter? Better personally see to it that he is tortured for days and left to bleed to death from the gaping hole where his genitals had been.

No big deal. 12 year olds have sex everywhere. Legalising marriage for 12 or 13 year olds isn't the end of the world. Girls can sometimes die from bleeding due to sexual intercourse. Here's a 17 year old that died to bleeding from sex as well.

Considering the brutality of the sexual intercourse required for someone to die from bleeding to death... it's only possible during either rape, or intense BDSM where a safeword wasn't established or performed adequately. Edit: or a serious accident. It's in no way a good thing.

Nobody bleeds to death from consensual sex, unless their very intention was to die.
