Hi fedror - Welcome. I noticed your signature includes a link to a deal site. Is that yours by chance? Cause I can accept self promotion for something you worked on or created.
I disagree with that attitude. It is akin to letting a wound fester on someone else because it doesn't harm you - a thoroughly naive decision. Giving respect to ridiculous beliefs vindicates them, almost as much as debating creationists give an impression to the public that it is on equal stance with science when it isn't. Respecting the people for who they are is one thing, but that respect must be earned, not given. Giving religion respect is kinda moronic IMHO. "Dude, jumping off a cliff is my religion! You gotta respect that!"
