ghana is surrounded by war at every border, more likely it will soon see drone strikes rather than some kind of golden age of economic proseperity, guess what there are pretty peaceful regions in afghanistan that haven't seen war themselves where the residents are satisfied with their government but claiming that as a peaceful prosperous region would be dishonest as well

you haven't disproven anything all you've said that's worth any notation is that they are not technically in civil war and you are continually using this one teeny tiny country as a way too blame all of africa's problems on itself by saying "see ghana is doing fine" when even they are not
