well let's just agree to disagree i think that sub-saharan africa is in such disarray because of european racism and colonialism ............and you think it's because africans just naturally don't get along because well their "africans" and all europe did was try to make them into "real countries" and that was europe's fault for not knowing how savage africans really are........ so atleast we agree europe is at fault
